The Conference for Postdoctoral Women and Gender Minorities (Postdoc*iP) convenes selected postdoctoral researchers for a two-day conference focused on professional development, scientific exchange, and building professional relationships.
The goals of the conference are to:
- Foster early-career academic connections by creating opportunities for participants to build meaningful professional relationships and establish a supportive peer network that extends beyond the conference
- Support professional development in academia by providing participants with resources, insights, and guidance into navigating the early stages of an academic career
- Advance scientific collaboration and knowledge exchange by facilitating the exchange of research ideas to promote future collaborations
