Showcase tour technology in the SPARK Theater
Summit 2027 exhibitors can take the stage in the SPARK Theater, located directly in the exhibit hall, to showcase their latest technologies, products, applications, and solutions to the global physics community.
These 25-minute tech demo sessions provide exhibitors with a dedicated, professional platform for technical presentations and demonstrations while giving attendees another way to discover the technologies supporting their research.
- Investment: $850 per session
- Availability: 10 sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday only
What can you present?
Tech demos should focus on content relevant to the physics and research community, including:
- New or emerging technologies and products
- Scientific instrumentation and research tools
- Technical applications and use cases
- Product demonstrations
- Research-enabling solutions and capabilities
Presentations should be technical and educational in nature rather than primarily sales-focused. Audience Q&A may be incorporated within the 25-minute session.
Scheduling and availability
Tech Demos will take place Tuesday, April 13 and Wednesday, April 14 in the SPARK Theater.
- Sessions are 25 minutes
- A 10-minute transition is provided between sessions
- Only 10 tech demo opportunities are available
- During the initial sales period, each exhibiting organization may reserve one session
- APS will assign presentation times based on availability and overall program balance
If sessions remain available approximately 60 days before Summit, exhibitors that have already reserved a tech demo may be offered the opportunity to purchase an additional session on a first-come, first-served basis.
Who can participate?
Tech demo sessions are available exclusively to confirmed Summit 2027 exhibitors. Presenters must be registered Summit attendees, and participating organizations are responsible for submitting presenter information and presentation materials by APS deadlines.
Audiovisual support
APS will provide a display screen with HDMI connection, one lavalier microphone, and basic audiovisual support. Specialty equipment or additional AV requirements may result in additional charges.
Cancellation policy
Tech demo reservations are nonrefundable unless the organization cancels its exhibit participation or the meeting is canceled by APS.
