Rock ’n’ Roll Physics Sing-Along

Exclusive presenting sponsorship Investment: $5,000. One available

About the event

Since 2006, the Rock ’n’ Roll Physics Sing-Along has been one of the APS Global Physics Summit’s most beloved traditions, bringing hundreds of physicists together for an evening of live music, audience participation, networking, beer, gourmet snacks, and plenty of physics humor.

A live band made up of Summit attendees performs physics-themed songs while the audience joins in, creating a fun and uniquely authentic celebration of the physics community.

Become the exclusive presenting sponsor

As the exclusive presenting sponsor, your organization will be integrated into the event experience through prominent branding, onsite recognition, attendee engagement, and a one-of-a-kind custom physics song.

Sponsorship includes:

  • Exclusive presenting sponsor recognition
  • Logo placement on the event webpage, signage, main event banner, and promotional materials
  • Recognition in event promotional emails and on PhysicsSongs.org
  • Sponsor acknowledgment from the stage throughout the event
  • Opportunity for a company representative to welcome attendees for up to two minutes
  • Digital promotional slide displayed before the performance and during intermission
  • Opportunity to provide an approved giveaway, literature, and QR code signage
  • Recognition in connection with the event’s beer, gourmet snacks, and networking experience

Your own custom physics song

One of the most distinctive benefits of this sponsorship is an original physics parody song created specifically for your organization.

Professor Walter Smith will develop a song incorporating your organization, technology, products, or mission, subject to APS approval. The song will be performed live during the sing-along and professionally edited into a video, which will be published on PhysicsSongs.org and provided to your organization for future marketing and internal use.
